ABOUT EVERLY DESIGN CO.

Everly is a home staging and furniture leasing company created by Ricci Taylor in 2015. They are an independent and female-owned business, who are also licensed realtors.

As her career started in real estate, Ricci experienced first-hand the power of home staging: homes that are professionally staged sell 20% faster, with a 6%-8% higher sales price, than that of the typical home on the market!

She also noticed how outdated a lot of the inventory was, and how difficult it seemed for people to get the right furniture in homes quickly.

So, she decided to offer a simple and hassle-free full-service staging to help homeowners, stagers and realtors alike sell their homes faster, and above asking price.

Since then, Everly has grown into a successful venture, opening a new location in Atlanta, GA and surpassing 500 staged homes, 88% of which go under contract within the first week on the market for OVER asking.

OUR WAREHOUSE

Our warehouse is where the magic happens! We house all of our inventory here from sofas, dining tables and accent chairs, to throw pillows, art and accessories! We have everything you need to stage a home beautifully.

Although we offer a range of staging services, we also offer our inventory for outside Realtors and stagers to use! You simply schedule a tour-and-selections appointment where you "shop" our warehouse. From there we confirm a delivery date and we take care of the pack up, load in, delivery and pick up!

Ricci Taylor, the CEO of Everly Design Co in Atlanta — About Ricci

Ricci is the Owner and Chief Stylist of Everly Design Home Staging. She has always had a passion for beautifying spaces since she was a little girl. When Ricci's eye for design collided with her love for real estate, Ricci decided to create her very own home staging business to provide full service staging to her clients! Ricci is a licensed realtor herself in both Georgia and Colorado (where the dream all started back in 2015). She understands the challenges of this competitive industry and takes an innovative approach to marketing a home through staging to the buyer demographic. Ricci started Everly with the goal to help clients sell their homes for top dollar and to help buyers find their dream home. Ricci is thrilled to be able to be a one stop shop for realtors, home sellers, stagers and set designers and to be able to live her dream alongside her best friend and business partner, Kelley Bowden.

Kelley is Co-Owner and Chief Finance Officer at Everly Design Company.

Kelley and Ricci grew up together in Duluth, GA, meeting during cheerleading in the 4th grade. Kelley has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University and a Masters of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Prior to Everly, Kelley worked in the events and catering world in Sales for Bold Catering & Design, managing events, driving sales results, and business development. Kelley has visual merchandising and operations management background with Macy's department stores. Kelley is passionate about growing a brand, delivering top notch customer service and building great client and employee relationships. Kelley loves working in this awesome Atlanta real estate market, especially with her best friend! Kelley lives in Dunwoody and is married to her high school sweetheart, Dan, and has two children, Della (6) and Graham (3.5). When she is not at work you can find her with her kids, travelling, hearing live music or spending time with family and friends at a great restaurant, or doing something outdoors!
