This depends on the property and the service required. Our staging services start at $600+ for a staging report, and from there you can expect $3000+ for a fully staged home.

We offer complimentary consultation contingent on the purchase of services from Everly.

If no services are purchased, the consultation fee is $250.

Our team usually takes 1-2 hours to stage a home. For larger homes, it could take 2-3 hours.

Ideally we would prefer 2 weeks from initial phone call to staging install. This allows us to preview the property, have a consultation with the client, send out a proposal, set a date in our calendar and select furniture.

There is a 30 day minimum for rentals, and after the initial 30-day term the rentals are pro-rated. If you have a full-term rental need, we do offer this option as well (model homes, Airbnbs, etc). If you do need the furniture for a full 30 days, we can certainly pick up early at no additional charge.

Delivery is part of our service. You don’t need to hire your own truck. We have a dedicated logistics team who will deliver our goods to your home and handle furniture with care.

We have over ten years experience staging homes and working with realtors and homeowners. We stage roughly 30 homes per month, and 340 homes per year on average.

Our warehouse is home to all of our inventory. From sofas, dining tables and accent chairs, to throw pillows, art and accessories. We acquire new furniture on a regular basis so our warehouse is filled with new, fresh and contemporary items each time you visit!
